Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a talent for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a reliable Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office systems, processes, and procedures

  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation

  • Support management with reports, meeting coordination, and record keeping

  • Maintain databases and filing systems (both digital and physical)

  • Liaise with staff, clients, and suppliers to ensure efficient operations

  • Data Input 
  • Answering Calls 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
